I love this product. It performs as it advertised for message. I will update if it works for weight loss. However, the instructions were very limited. One double sided document that gives limited detail on how to use it.It is made with good quality and holds battery for a long time. Comes with Different vibrating modes.

I don’t want to give the bad review , just honest. This belt is doing nothing , just a massage. Was using it for 6 month . Only good diet and exercise can help to loose belly and weight.

I purchased this massage/'slimming' belt for a friend who both suffers from frequent back pain from an injury and is desperately wanting to lose weight but struggles due to said injury. The adjustable size and settings makes it easy to wear/adjust, and is comfortable to wear for long-ish periods.The recipient has said that wearing/using the belt every day has reduced their back pain quite significantly over just a couple of weeks of daily use, and they're certain that their waist is slimmer, but I think that's more placebo than anything if I'm brutally honest..Whilst I'm not suggesting that it doesn't help in fat loss in some sense, I would suggest that any feeling of slimming down is due to reduced inflammation thanks due increased blow flow and muscle relaxation in the area. Which, if it has reduced the circumference of their waist, even if it is due to the reduction of inflammation, that's still a great result from the device!
