it worked
Had to help a couple of kids get their jeep unstuck. Worked really well, quality seems good and the size is nice. Doesn't take up too much room in the back of my wrangler. And the price was decent.

quality product
I was totally unaware of these types of rescue ropes until nearly 1 year ago this coming February. I was along with a friend when his truck sank to the axles. Even with 4x4, the sand had gotten very soft and wheels would just spin. We were there with multiple friends and two other trucks tried to pull us out with tow straps but these efforts were so unsuccessful that these two trucks were quickly buried in the sand too. The truck owner's adult son came to the rescue with his seriously modified 4x4 desert-rated Jeep. Instead to the typical tow rope, chain or nylon strap, he introduced use to his kinetic tow rope. The bungie-style stretching of the kinetic tow rope effortlessly pulled all three 4x4 trucks out. Enough said. I ordered one dfor each of my son's 4x4 trucks.

My first snatch was to yank a Police car from the icy ditch slope
First thing when it arrived I began carrying it in the Class 8 Gov't snow plow I drive in North Dakota, and about a week later during extreme ice I encountered a 4x4 Police SUV that had nosed over the edge of the road onto a rather steep bank. By the time I got the rope out, a passerby in a 4x4 pickup stopped to offer to do the pulling, which would be more maneuverable, so we all agreed to give it a try. He had a polyester strap, so i explained the stretch advantage of nylon on a near zero traction surface, and he readily agreed to give it a go. There certainly wasn't much traction on the icy road, even though I had heavily sanded the immediate area to provide added safety to our incident zone, so the only way progress could be made was by a running start and letting the kinetic stretch energy do the work, and it did. About 4 yanks, each with ever increasing speed, and we achieved success. I know from listening to the scanner that our emergency vehicles are in short supply during storms, as are tow trucks, so the cost of this rope was made worth it with just this one pull. All I have read indicates that you get more stretch with a rope compared to a strap, which is what I had used for years until it got damaged working over a sharp edge (my bad). And the extra length of 30 ft rope over my previous 20 ft strap was very noticeable also. All the guys there were impressed and envied this rope... I said look for it at Amazon. You better hurry to buy before the stampede (joking). Summary, it's the real deal, and I like the duffle bag carrying case as a classy way to carry aboard this classy strap. Have a safe trip.

Works good
Was looking for some inexpensive soft shackles to use with my trailer and potentially some off-road use. So far with 3 uses pulling inoperative vehicles onto my trailer there is a slight amount of wear, but still usable. Fabric is stiffer than I expected, but not hard to use and hold well when connected.

Great value
For someone as myself that rarely needs a tow rope this is a great value. It will definitely get the job done but not break the bank. The overall quality appears the same as high end ropes.
