Recoup Organic Electrolyte Drink with Ginger - No Sugar Added Hydration Drink for Workout Recovery and Gut Health

I was initially attracted to this product because it’s based on maple tree sap which has a great nutritional profile while also being naturally delicious and not too sweet. I avoid sugary/sugar-based sweetness in my diet wherever I can. I thought of the ginger content as just a nice bonus. Now that I’m rapidly going through my second order, another full mixed case of Recoup, I really appreciate the strong ginger content (you have to shake the bottle to mix it back into suspension because there’s so much of it, and thankfully, there are no added gums to keep it suspended in the drink). And the taste is amazing. It’s really refreshing and satisfying. I got the variety pack thinking I’d like the lime one best but wanting to try them all, but now I don’t have a favorite. I really like them all! Thank you for creating this delicious, not too sweet drink, Recoup!

Recoup has become my new favorite beverage. It's organic and refreshingly tasty with the right amount of ginger kick. I appreciate the fact that it contains real ginger juice as you can see the ginger content in the bottle. Also, I was looking for a healthy & natural hydration drink, and Recoup is the answer. I've been a fan of maple tree water as it offers tons of benefits with much less sugar than coconut water. Recoup variety pack offers 3 flavors so for me it is more enjoyable to drink than regular tree water. I can finish the whole bottle very easily. It's not too sweet and there's no added sugar or stevia. (I try to stay away from beverages that use stevia or monkfruit as sweetener because they tend to have a weird aftertaste.) I normally drink Recoup cold but in the winter I enjoy drinking Lemon Lime Ginger and Pineapple Coconut Ginger warm as well.

I bought this for after-workout recovery but absolutely loved the flavor so much, that I wound up just drinking them all the time! I love the flavor. Subtly sweet and very refreshing. I'm hooked.

I first tried Recoup months ago while in NYC and was pleasantly surprised with the great taste that is not overpowering but instead very refreshing. As a Nurse Practitioner I initially tried this new healthy drink because of its composition with ginger. I have read many scientific articles on how ginger has been used for thousands of years as a medicinal herb to treat a variety of ailments and on the many beneficial pharmacological properties that it possesses including its antioxidant properties, its role in the improvement of lipid metabolism, and on its role in aiding digestion as well as with the reduction of nausea. Because of its great taste and its health benefits, since then I have always looked for Recoup during my trips to NYC. I am so happy that Recoup is now available on Amazon. I highly recommend Recoup for its great taste and, more importantly, for its health benefits! Trust me you WILL NOT be disappointed. All the flavors are great but I especially recommend the Lemon-Lime-Ginger

Tastes great!

I had high hopes for Recoup but they were resoundingly dashed. We live in Florida and I was searching for something clean for my kids to replenish them in this heat and I refuse to give them Gatorade. All three kids strongly disliked every flavor of Recoup in the variety pack and one even spit it out and tried to wash his mouth out. The lemon lime smelled like astringent which didn’t help. My guess is the ginger was too much for their palates. The search goes on…

I heard about Recoup on the regen brands podcast -- Recoup is fully regenerative organic certified! Which was an awesome reason to try it out. But now I have a monthly subscription and have fully incorporated Recoup into my fitness / health routine, it is the perfect replacement for sugary drinks, and I love the ginger. My only wish is that it came in a larger bottle, I always find myself wanting one more gulp!

I am currently breastfeeding and wanted something clean with electrolytes to help me stay hydrated through the day. These are amazing, flavors are awesome and it is actual fruit and not just artificially flavored like most other drinks. I tried a bunch of electrolyte drinks and this was my favorite.. granted I felt like I could probably just make these on my own at home which I am going to start doing now because I could drink a whole case of these in one day and it is too much plastic and money to keep wasting ordering as much as I am drinking.
