Definitiv die bessere Alternative zu Margarine!!
Ich benutze Ghee schon seit langem. Es macht die Speisen beim braten sehr knusprig, da man hohe Temperaturen benutzen kann. Bratkartoffeln zum Beispiel. Außerdem ist es gesund. Ghee wird in der ayurvedischen Küche verwendet und hat somit positive Eigenschaften für den Körper.
