Avoid... Didn't receive the product and the supplier has a no refund policy..... Avoid

That long bla bla video states you need 4 capsules per day for at least a month. Meanwhile the bottle states 60 capsules, 30 days supply. Explain?

Hello, I am not sure about the video you are speaking of. I only see take 2 a day in the morning with water 20 minutes before a meal. This comes from their website. Hope this helps.
