These are great. The number of reviews that mention that there's no flow control are concerning. You should have a flow control valve attached to a 2-way showerhead setup: 1 way is your regular showerhead, the other way is the control valve connected to a flexible hose, connected to one of these enema attachments. It's not optional. You need a setup like I described.

There's not much to say...from the first try I knew that it is a good and efficient set, so I will recommend it, because it will do the job very well.

Purchased for my shower, and this works as described.

I purchased this "shower" enema system (with 1/2" threads to be used on the end of a flexible metal hose) as a bidet to see if I could reduce the amount of toilet paper used in my Motor Home black tank. It takes some getting used to but has reduced toilet paper consumption by more than 75%. Using this system along with a 115 volt macerator I've also reduced the amount of water needed to rinse the black tank. It's a system I've tested over time and it works.

Says its made of aluminum alloy but its plastic. Works as intended.

This product will leave u VERY clean in ur personal areas. One for a man one for a woman. Make sure the water pressure isn’t too high.

It fits on my bidet, just be careful with the pressure /quantity.
