I sent this WOODMAM Wooden cube to my daughter for my great-granddaughter to play with her grandma.My great granddaughter loves this toy. It has several areas to use for different activities. The wooden pieces are colorful and smooth so they won't scratch little fingers. The info stated the wooden pieces were coated with non-toxic water paint which should last for years. The 18 month old loves sticking the construction pieces on the pegs and sticks that come with the cube. My great granddaughter is so active, just like her mom was when she was little. I always said it took 3 adults to watch my granddaughter ( the baby's mom) when she visited me. And her daughter is just as curious as her mom was at that age. Finding toys that could keep her busy was a challenge. I sure wish I could have had a chance to get one of these for her. This holds my great granddaughter's attention with all of the activities that is built into this toy. If anyone out there has a really active toddler, (aren't most of them at this age?) this toy will give you a minute's rest while they discover every thing it has going for it. So you can take a break, have a cup of coffee or tea, and let them play while you rest.

This toy set is both sturdy and durable which, for 1 - 3 year olds is a definite necessity if you want the toy to last.There are a lot of sensory experiences inside this box. Starting with many sizes, shapes, and colors your baby can also experience different hand/eye coordinating activities.Pegs, wheels, holes, and balls are just the type of stimulation and experimentation to further help brain development.A wonderful 5-Star toy set!
