Samsung Genuine Fridge Freezer Door Shelf Bottle Bar Rack (460mm x 100mm x 140mm)

A couple of weeks ago our fridge door shelf broke, not quite sure how ... but probably one of our teens dumped a 6 pint milk carton down a little too hard. Anyway it was beyond repair. After a quick search on Amazon I came across this 'Genuine Samsung Door Shelf' and a quick look down the list of compatible models I was happy to find our model listed 'RR82PDMH' ... ordered.The shelf arrived in a couple of days and I was pleased to see that it looked exactly the same as the broken shelf (although obviously not broken). I removed the broken shelf and this new one slotted in exactly. I have no complaints at all regarding this shelf it is a perfect replacement for our particular fridge model number as mentioned above.

After only being in use for 2 weeks the shelf has broken into several pieces after a 4 pint bottle of milk was put on it. I believe the item may have been faulty and asked for a replacement. No acknowledgment. No reply received from seller. If it had cracked after regular use over time, I could understand, but to break so badly after such a short time makes me question the quality? Genuine item? No, sadly just a waste of money.

Bought this to replace the lowest (bottom) shelf rack for model RR82WDRS. I just assumed bottle shelf rack is the most bottom rack that keeps bottles/milk. It slotted in perfectly on the sides but problem is, it is slightly too deep and stops the door from closing properly unless I push it in hard every time I close the door.So, I used the shelf to try on the second shelf from the bottom it works perfectly ( unfortunately my second shelf also broke a while ago and need replacement). Because the item didnt fit what was intended for originally, thus, the 3 stars.Now, I am looking for the bottom shelf, anyone knows, pls help.

It was a bit of an issue to find the right size and source it. This one exactly fitted, as a replacement for the original which had cracks appearing (7 years good service).
