Can this also be used on the lower lashes please

Yes you can! Just apply it to the root of the lashes (top and bottom set)

It looks like it is water based. It has a gel texture, but it's not sticky. In the beginning it can bother you if it enters the eye, but it passes quickly and does not leave consequences. It's easy to use and it's not a bad product at all.

Can this be used when u have fake individual lashes on as a kickstart to help own lashes

Yes, I've been using it on the roots of my natural lashes whilst having extensions on. Hasn't effected the extensions at all.
