I loved the first one enough that I bought a second one. My *only* complaint is that some of the more accessory materials were flimsy. With the first one the snap broke off at the top early on, and after a couple weeks (cruises) of constant use the lining tore in one of the main compartments, which is why I bought a second one. It's exceptionally comfortable for traveling, especially in areas where you might get pickpocketed in a backpack. I was able to fit passport, wallet, phone in it with no trouble at all. I'd recommend.

I love the bag but the strap will not stay when I adjust it. I wish there was a way to fix that. It keeps falling too low.

Perfect size

I bought this to use it at the gym and it almost fulfills all my desires. It is pretty comfortable and can hold (easily) glasses, small wallet and my phone. It can also fit an iPad mini if I put it in the largest compartment-but it isn’t easy. I do think it would fit a Kindle though.The only. negative is that after using it less than a month, the stitching failed and the sling handle broke (at the gym of course). It wasn’t hard to repair, but I did expect better quality.

Love the size and the way it fits. It could be a smidge bigger but it just keeps me from keeping too much stuff on me.

I got this bag for an 11 day Italy trip. Before I got even two or three days in the bag began to lose its shape. The “hidden” zippers are no longer hidden. It just didn’t lie flat to my body anymore and I was pretty careful about what and how much I put in it. Will get something else for my next trip.

I ordered left shoulder strap.The zipper should be placed on top and not at the bottom.Stuff inside the bag fell when you open the zipper at the bottom.
