Blomiky Q901-DJ01 2845 Brushless Mootor for Blomiky XLH Q903 Q902 Q901 1/16 Scale Brushless RC Truck Q903 Motor

Bought this for my traxxas e-revo vxl 1/16th truck. The original motor failed in an epic fashion, the ball bearings decided they no longer wanted to stay in the motor and the output shaft no longer stayed straight. It sounded like rocks grinding in gears. The traxxas motor didn't have much run time on it, so I was disappointed that it failed and was the main reason I didn't want to buy an oem replacement. I thought I did my due research and got a wrong sized motor first, then I bought this one and it was a perfect fit. This motor is a bit more 'clicky' than the original motor and isn't as smooth turning. The magnets seem to be stronger if I had to guess. But it works fine with the brushless speed control that came with the truck and seems to be just as fast on lipo's as the old motor. Gets hot! Not sure if my old one got this hot, but if you want to feel what magma feels like then grab this after running it for a bit. Hope it lasts longer than the original.

Very slow KV motor

Works however when I plug in the wires positive negative it goes in reverse order then when I swich the wires it just sputters and won't go at all. Unfortunately my transmitter dies not have a reverse throttle swich. I bought to replace motor in My q117 A-B rc car

Mounting is difficult at times depending upon what car you're putting it in you may have to drill and or make adjustments to your car or modifications
