Have ordered this cheese from other suppliers before and have been disappointed with the quality and condition. Was a bit nervous about ordering from an unknown supplier. This arrived promptly, vac packed in perfect condition with a long use by date, excellent packaging which kept it cold. It’s a half cheese rather than whole, but that suits me.

Half of a Tete de Moine cheese is useful when used in a cheese curler for a small gathering.
This cheese is placed in the centre of a cheese curler with a sharp blade above it with a handle that guests turn themselves to slice off a curled tissue paper thin portion of cheese. They enjoy helping themselves to this.
