RockportMen's Northfield Leather Lace Up Shoes

Despite it was shipped from USA, it was worth waiting for a few days only. I always chose Rockport for comfort and quality; always choosing half- ankle chukka boots for ankle support. I liked the sues colour and design on this pair so much that despite it was not my signature style chukka boots , It was love at first sight when arrived ! I wear it as “ go to “ shoes because of its top quality, comfort and support for feet! Lovely shoes, not heavy with heavy looks ! I recommend it!

It is comfortable and hard wearung. A tough shoe and looks good.

What I disliked was although this shoe fitted well, it was the correct size, it was in hardLeather, not the softer shade type, ie. as the pair I bought in Sam Francisco many years ago.The softer suede is kinder to my unfortunately I’ll shaped feet ( they are 91 years old)A shade softer leather would be brilliant.YoursPeter L Pilch England

I hate buying shoes above anything but I bought a pair of Rockport in a real shop about ten years ago and they blew me away with their comfort. I've got quite wide feet and they were just the job, and they were genuinely waterproof. I had them resoled about five times but in the end had to admit it was time to relegate them to allotment shoes. Then lo and behold almost exactly the same shoe was there online and I bought them immediately, and it wasn't a mistake. I'm considering buying a spare pair just in case they're no longer available in another ten years time.

I had owned a pair of these before, and wore them until I was nearly through the sole. These new shoes do not disappoint and already they are wearing in nicely. I see there are review that say that these shoes wear down very quickly, but I am yet to discover if that is true with this pair, my others lasted for years.

Started wearing Rockport Northfields years ago - very comfortable and water proof. The sole wears down on them a bit too easily but the advantages always outweighed the disadvantages. Recently ordered a pair after they seemed to disappear off the uk market for a while. Unfortunately, although they looked and felt similar to previous pairs, I found them to be very noisy! I wore them around the house to see if the noise levels would decrease but sadly no. I had to return them. If you don’t find noisy shoes off putting then these are still good, hence the three stars.

This pair of shoes was for my young nephew who hasn’t stopped thanking me for them. He says as he walks he is bouncing from step to step and that they are so comfortable that he would like to sleep with them on.I think he is happy with them. 😀😀
