Ingredients?
Tastes nice enough. Not overly sweet and filling too with a hint of cinnamon. I wasn't really expecting the fruit in the bars as this isn't mentioned anywhere, worryingly not even in the ingredients on packet (makes me wonder if there was anything else left out). I think they are cherries. Best before date was 3 months away on my box.

NOT VEGAN
These flashbacks are not vegan - they contain HONEY. I didn't find this out until after I can eaten one (they are labelled vegan so didn't actually check) so I don't even know if I can get a refund. Really annoyed. I should also point out, the flashbacks are fruitless with no mention on the box at all!

Certainly the best vegan flapjack I've ever had. The bar is not at all sticky or greasy and the cranberries are delicious and succulent .

Nutritious and delcious
I could not give more stars, the product has a great quality, the ingredients and the taste are very good, overall the vegan people can consume this product being sure that is full of nutritious ingredients, good taste and can save you in many occasions when you do not have time to prepare a breakfast for example.
