I love this toilet and this company (EPLO) is great to deal with. It's a little taller than other toilets. The seat is extremely comfortable and the heated seat and warm water bidet spray are perfect - especially in winter. It is well made, easy to clean and all the automatic functions work perfectly. I love how touch-free it is. And it's sleek design looks great in our bathroom. Our plumber had no problem installing it. This is our first smart toilet and we are very pleased with our purchase.

The King of bidets. The features are wonderful. Water temperature, heated seat and dryer are awesome in the winter. I love that the seat goes up without touching it and the toilet flushes automatically. For men, just a kick to the base and they're in business.Our contractor said the install is a little more involved than others but they got it done. We had an issue with the wire for the kick feature and contacted the seller. They were kind enough to send detailed diagram and instructions and then contacted us again to make sure all was well.I definitely recommend this bidet and this seller. Their customer service is the best of the best. I had all kinds of questions prior to my purchase and they answered quickly and with great detail. It's hard to find people who are so helpful and attentive.My next bidet purchase will be from this seller. Thank you so much.

We have had this toilet now for 2 years. It works great! We have had a couple of minor issues with things that stopped working but turns out these were user errors. Support is very responsive and helpful. In case others experience issues reach out and they get back to you with solutions. Pressing and holding various buttons on the remote turns auto functions on and off so if you have children or guests check these things. For example if you press and hold the full flush button for 5 seconds it turns on and off the auto flush. Pressing and holding the half flush button turns on and off the kick lift for the seat. I would but again from Eplo!

The seller responded to my review and refunded the purchase. While the toilet didn't perform as expected, the seller proved to be trustworthy and willing to stand behind their product. Their response warranted an upgrade in rating, as they were willing to resolve the issue. I will try their product again.Nothing works in this piece: all the features behave erratically, the lid doesn't open or close when it should, not even with the toe kick control; the wash and heat turn on when they want, not when you'd like them to. And the flush? that is like pouring a couple of teaspoons of water in the bowl: it just sits there doing nothing, You have to flush like a couple dozen times to eliminate just toilet paper. Obviously it will be immediately returned, but I won't recover the expense of the plumber to install it and now replace it. Have no idea how this company stays in business....

Junk! The heated seat stopped heating with in the first year of use.

We recently did a guest bathroom remodel and went high-end with pretty much everything. The total cost for us was about $25,000 but now we have a bathroom that is like a hotel spa and our guests just love it.This toilet is absolutely awesome! My favorite part of it is probably the heated seat. It stays heated all the time which seems odd but makes sense when you know you want it to be warm when you sit down. You don't want it to be cold and then slowly warm up. It's hot all the time. The seat has three settings warm, warmer, and hot. I leave hours on hot and it's so nice.And then you have the bidet! Oh my God the bidet! I have never used a bidet in my life until this toilet and I wish I had it decades ago. It has the front wash and the rear wash. The pressure of the water is adjustable. The heat of the water is adjustable from cold to warm to warmer and then finally to hot. For me hot is a little too hot. There's also a massage feature of the bidet where it alternates from hot to cold about every 2 seconds. It's an amazing feeling! Even if you're clean down there you'll still want to sit there for 5 minutes and just enjoy.When you're done using the toilet you just stand up and walk away. You never have to put the seat down or the lid down and you never have to flush manually. It does everything for you.The night light has a sensor so it knows if it's day or night. The seat also has a sensor so it knows when you get up to flush. So as soon as you stand up the toilet will flush for you automatically.When you walk up to the toilet the lid automatically opens. So you can either sit down on the nice warm seat or you can push the lit button on the bottom front of the toilet and the seat will go up very quickly. So if you want to pee it's easy. And when you're done you just walk away you don't have to flush. It flushes and closes the lids and the seat.They have thought of everything with this toilet!Our water pressure is about 60 psi and this toilet without the tank does perfectly for flushing everything that it encounters. We had originally thought we should get the tank in case we didn't have enough pressure to flush everything but it's really not necessary unless you have horrible PSI. Maybe under 50 PSI you would want to get the tank version of this toilet. Otherwise you don't need it.We've only been using the toilet for about a month so far so I can't speak to its longevity or reliability but every feature that it has works flawlessly every time it's just an amazing toilet and it will wow all your guests including your family and yourself.Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money and get this toilet instead of a two or $300 toilet.

We loved this toilet when it was first installed. About three months later the heated seat stopped working. Searched and searched for a company to reach out to, nothing. Now one year later the dryer won't blow warm air. So we're stuck with an expensive toilet that doesn't do what it's supposed to. Don't make the mistake we did. Invest your money in a product where the manufacturer is available to solve problems like this.

We got a minor issue in the bidet and the EPLO customer service was very responsive. They got the replacement parts and sent the detailed instructions to help address the issue. It’s working fine. We have 3 bathrooms all with EPLO units and so far so good.
