Can you use this shampoo on coloured hair

my hair is purple and i use it with no problems

Is this as strong as your clinical strength blue range?

We haven't tried the blue range but my husband has psoriasisand he says it is good we have tried lots of different brands with no results as good as this he uses it alongside nizoral and his scalp is clear
