Not fully waterproof
Not fully waterproof. I have had a set installed for just over a year as winter outside lighting, used for about 6 hours a day in the winter. After fairly persistent rain recently, there was slight water ingress into all units bar one, and the LED bulbs failed (life expectancy 25,000 hours, so this was way before due date). At nearly £5 each, the bulbs were very expensive to replace. The seal on the light units is clearly not 100% reliable. I have now added a little oil between seal and lens to see if this helps . A product like this must be 100% reliably waterproof, or it is useless.

They are absolutely fine - until they get hit by a ball
They are absolutely fine - until they get hit by a ball.My little lad kicked a ball at one and it now trips the power. It wasn't a hard knock either.I did see other reviews of similar lights saying that there was issues with the internal wiring. I suspect that the ball has loosened something.I'll look to get something a little more substantial.

Great quality and great value for money.
I bought these lights to use in my garden along with some LED bulbs. The build quality is excellent and the IP68 rating means they will withstand pretty much whatever the British weather can throw at them.The rubber coated cable is of a very high standard and, at about 1m long, gives you plenty of room to position them away from the main supply.

Excellent value
I've put these around our garden and they look great. You'll need some decent outdoor cable and a weatherproof junction box for each one.Mine are plugged into a smart plug, so I can ask Alexa to turn them on and off, or have them coming on automatically at sunset. Nice party trick!

Bought these to light up rear garden after spending a fortune on solar lights, they have a long length of cable to vary position in garden and were sound all metal solid construction .easy to install with other waterproof products connectors, junction boxes and cable
