Seems identical to original equipment.
Somehow lost the original charger. Found this one which looked exactly like the original, but was actually cheaper than sine other options. The really cheap ones scared me a bit. I do not want an unreliable charger. But this price was reasonable. Shipping was as quick as promised, and it works just fine.

Punctual delivery and a working product.
I had a few misadventures buying through the web. But when a product arrives in perfect working condition backed up by excellent warranty, I am doubly happy. Buying from QiTech Inc. is very easy, delivery was on time and the product is perfectly compatible with HP's original power supply, which stopped working after a year. Thank you QiTech for your superb business attitude. Premjit Talwar PS. The power supply failed after 9 months of use. When I contacted the company, they immediately shipped me another unit. Unfortunately, the second unit did not work, and I assumed that the fault was in my laptop and not the power supply, since it was brand new. I took my laptop to a local service company and was told that the laptop is fine, but the power supply did not work. I contacted the company with this information, and they expedited shipping me another unit, which works fine. I want to express my gratitude to Amy and staff for an exemplary response. Wish all companies were like that. I would give them 10 stars, if that was possible. Definitely buy from them with confidence. Thank you very much Amy.

good replacement; flawed design
Works fine. No problems. Users should know this model does not have a good strain relief at the power brick, so it will not last very long. This is my third one for my HP Laptop. Granted, that is over 6 years, and I might be hard on them.

Good while it lasts
This charger was great and lasted until it didn't. The charger stopped working within a year and now I find myself searching for another one. Pro: Long cord that makes accessibility great. The charge block didn't get super hot. The cord was easy to wrap up and take where you needed. Con: Died in less than a year and needs a replacement.
