I have bought this to use with koji spores and it works great it has a very fine mesh, the only thing that can be added to this product is that the top part can be screwed on with treads for added security and more rigorous use . Great product at this price point.

Does the job. Useful for storing rice flour which is excellent dusting flour to stop dough sticking.

This is exactly what I needed, the holes are the perfect size for flour dusting when rolling pasta. Feels like a quality product too

The reason I gave it 4 stars is that it can be tricky to get the lid off. However I do like it and ordered a second, so, can't be all bad!

I wanted a dredger for semolina for when I'm making pizzas. I didn't want a very fine mesh so the holes on this dredger are idea. I also wanted a dredger with a lid, so that the semolina will stay fresh in it. Again, this dredger met my requirements for that. I can easily tip out just the amount of semolina I want onto my worksurface (rather than putting my hand in the bag, which is what I had been doing, and which could contaminate the rest of the bag)

It's OK. Stainless and build quality are average. Nothing to write home about.The one I already had from one of those Nespresso gifts has a much better quality and finish.
