Completely tangle- and snag-free. Knitted a beautiful, colorful shawl with this yarn.

Its pretty small, didn’t think it would be so small however it is my fault. Didn’t check the yard/size of the yarn. Overall I do like this because of it’s color variety and I now know what color I like the most. Which helps me with my next purchase when getting a larger ball of yarn.

Yarn is soft, strands are compact and do not fray .

I like to use the middle of the skein so I pulled out the middle of the mini skeins from the box of dark colors I purchased and there was another color in the middle. Does this happen often?Update:. I received a complete replacement for the skein that had 2 different colors in the skein. So thrilled that a seller has great customer service and cares about how satisfied their customers are.

This is not very soft yarn and it does shed a little but it is sturdy and it works well for large projects. I wouldn't say this yarn is intended for crocheting clothing, but it works well as practice yarn or for making little characters. The quality of the yarn is average, but the color is a deep black and it has some give. I have used it as filler yarn and to add accents to things I am working on.

I'm pleased with the Arteza Acrylic Yarn.The yarn arrived in good condition and with minimal packaging. It emitted no strange odors or chemical-like odors.The bundle comprises four skeins of 359 yards each, weighing 200 grams. You receive a total of 1436 yards.I enjoy how each skein comes with a professional-looking label with important information like care, size, and which needles or hooks to use with it.This yarn has a usual acrylic feel to it, however it is gentler rather than scratchy. It dries quickly and does not shed or pill. I didn't find it splitty at all, and I didn't come across any knots or ties.I intend to use this for a cardigan and possibly a small toy if there is enough left. I thought the quality was adequate for the price.Recommended.

This Arteza Acrylic Yarn for Crocheting provides a variety of colorways; it is convenient for testing, practicing, detailing or teaching techniques. The yarn has a good weight to it and produces soft results. It was very easy to handle and did not fray, even if a stitch had to be removed and reworked. The colors provided in this set all complement each other beautifully and can be used together or in separate projects. There appears to be enough yarn for a very small beginners project, such as a egg-body Amigurumi pattern.Typically, I prefer to use a smaller hook than is listed, so I used a 3mm hook instead of the 4mm that was recommended. This technique creates a tighter stitch with this yarn and therefore a larger hole when more than a single crochet is used. It creates a beautiful, floral pattern for granny square quilts which would be an ideal project for this yarn, as you could test a variety of colors and/or have a rainbow-like progression in your finished product.This is a great yarn for beginners, those who create their own patterns, granny square blankets or as a sample set for colorways. It is important to note that these are very small skeins, so you will not be able to craft an entire medium to large project with a single color. However, this set provides plenty of quality acrylic yarn in a variety of colorways for endless creativity.

The color is very pretty and matches product images. It isn’t very soft. It reminds me of Super Saver yarn, it may be a teeniest bit softer but not much. One of my favorite acrylic yarn brands is I Love This Yarn and I was hoping this would be as soft as that brand, but it isn’t even close. It’s not the softness I prefer to work with and it hurts my fingers after a while (like Super Saver does). This yarn does show the stitching well though.I have had success washing other scratchy brands of yarn before working with them. I tried the method I use to wash the skein first to soften it, but I didn’t notice any difference in softness after washing it. I will say it didn’t pill much after washing and drying, so that is good.If you are happy with Super Saver yarn and its scratchiness doesn’t bother you, this yarn will probably be fine. If scratchy yarns like Super Saver bother your hands, this likely will too. I’m not sure if I will be able to use this yarn without protecting my hand somehow because it does irritate my hands. If you have sensitive skin like me, this may not be the yarn for you.
