I 5'6 169 lbs what size fits best?

My daughter is 5'9" and 135-140 lbs and typically wears a M or L. She likes a little extra room for layering and has broader shoulders, so we bought the XL after reading reviews. The XL fit exactly how she wanted it to. I would guess that if you are fine with a closer fitting jacket, the XL might work for you.
