Van HeusenMen's Regular Fit Suit Separates

We have an upcoming wedding to go to and purchased a suit for my son. It was nice, but needed something "extra" - this vest was just the ticket! It really elevated the look and is well made, no wrinkles. Son paired it with a turtleneck and kind of has that John Wick look going on! He says the vest is comfortable, fits as expected and hangs nicely. If you're looking to add a special touch to your outfit, I highly recommend this vest!

We weren't sure ordering online was a good choice, but we couldn't find what we needed in store and my husband didn't want to keep looking. These were a great value, a known brand, fit well and looked great. He wore it my nieces wedding. He doesn't otherwise need suits so this pricing was perfect for using it once and a while.

These are good quality, but very loose fitting and comes a bit long too. My husband had to adjust the length, even though he normally wears a 32 in almost all other brands.

Our daughter got married and we needed a suit. One of the few to have the big men's sizes without a long wait. Size 56 fit well and offered the quality needed for the formal event. Do expect to hem the pants that only come with a 36" inseam, but if that is all the altering needed, then you're golden and golden we were.

This fits my husband wonderfully and the blue is a great color - much better in person than on the website. (Thanks to a previous reviewer who said the same and caused us to try it.) Love the classic fit of the suit (we bought the matching pants as well) as opposed to the new skinnier style.

I wear these to formal work events, and these do not stick out amongst folks with nice suits. They are cheap. They are comfortable. They are not quite as well made as something costing 3 times as much. Obviously. I'm happy with the value.

Love the material. Nice weight. Unique blue color but not flashy. I like being able to purchase separates. It works better for my husband who carries weight in the middle. The color displayed online is deceiving. It almost looks iridescent. My picture is more accurate.

The jacket has an peculiar cut under the arms, where the holes are so low that raising your arms above your waist causes the shoulders to rise up like overstuffed wings and the sleeves to retract up your arm halfway to the elbow. In standard standing position, it fits nicely.I get it isn't an expensive suit jacket, but that was kind of ridiculous. It can't even be argued it's intended to accommodate a larger gentleman, because if you required arm holes of that depth, you would never get your arms into the relatively narrow sleeves. Truly bizarre.The pants are fine, but longer than listed and will require some DIY tailoring. Not a big deal for relatively cheap pants, but still kind of disappointing from Van Heusen.I love Van Heusen products and their shirts are some of the only ones that fit me off the rack -- they just FEEL great to throw on and walk out the door with, because they're just THAT good. I have people that compliment my shirts, thinking they're high end imports. I smile and change the subject, naturally!To go from that to this suit was a killer disappointment.
