Stops Snoring - Actually Works! And cheaper than the £600 one from your Dentist
Works perfectly and cheaper than the £600 (cost price £100) one from your Dentist - but if you have Implants you might want to protect them. Now the bad news, takes getting used to, will need kitchen scissors to trim it so it does not hurt your inner lip (Frenulum)Your lower front teeth will hurt a little in the morning due to the pressure from the jaw (till your jaw gets used to it), in common with this and ones made by your dentist you will end up with some movements in your lower teeth, this soon recovers. Tho biting apples might feel risky in the morning.Best not sleep with your lips open exposing the hole (snoring is replaced by a whistle). It just feel like there is a gag in your mouth, but you do get used to it. It also helps your breath better (if over weight).UPDATE: Like the £600 ones from your dentist, these can cause jaw displacement, so have a break from it for a while, which is more important, sleeping with your partner or sleeping in separate rooms?Marriages matter.UPDATE: I've been using it for over 4 years now, and I'm maybe buying one a year - It's still working perfectly. The only reason to replace them is that they get covered in 'chalk' from your toothpaste, which gets into the plastic and won't wash off. Also available on eBay from Australia

Useless!!
Uncomfortable to wear and very expensive for what it is. Difficult to get the mould right, and it went in the bin after a couple of nights and trying and failing to make it work.

This product works !!! Immediate results
Blimey !! This actually works. Not for you if you are a nasal snorer, but if you snore from your throat the chances are, this will work. I'm lucky not to have suffered any of the side effects other reviewers have suffered, but it's completely stopped my snoring. I've got very straight, aligned teeth, so the product has not rubbed, there is slight discomfort to the back of the jaw, but this has been overcome by slightly adjusting the mouthpiece when in your mouth, and I've not experienced any jaw pain or problem in the morning.I have today, after using this for four nights, got a slight ulcer on the floor of my mouth, but I am determined that this will not stop me using the product, so I'm using Bongela on this.Definately worth a go, especially with the month back guarantee. I've got a friend who has spent £300 having a mouthpiece made by her dentist, and this product, in comparison, is not much different and works just as well for me at a fraction of the price !!The only drawback is that actually I quite enjoyed having the big bed to myself most nights !!!

It works, does it matter if it’s not comfy?
I’m in the process of getting diagnosed from my snoring problem. This guard is MUCH better than any other self mould one you can get on Amazon. Don’t waste time or money like I did, this one does the job. I have an overbite so was quite uncomfortable to wear and my teeth were sore for a small amount of time after. Not to mention the extremely dry mouth at night however no complaints about the snoring so it does work. Just have to consider being in discomfort as you settle to sleep.

Works some nights but not consistently
I snore. I have done all my life and I am not proud. I have tried various remedies; nasal sprays, throat sprays, rings, and other mouthguards; but none have had any affect.I use Snorelab (an app for my iphone) which records my nights sleep. It allows you to add remedies and conditions that may effect how badly you snore so you can see what may or may not be working in forms of treatment. It also measures snore levels from; mild, loud and epic. Before using the snorewizard my average time snoring was around 70% of my total sleeping time, which meant I was snoring for around 4-5hrs each night with loud to epic levels of snoring. This gave me an average snore score of around 90. I wake up just as tired as when I went to sleep because of this. For the first week after using the Snorewizard my level dropped to around 50% snoring and a snore score of 35 with only no epic snoring levels. On the second week I was snoring around 35% of the time and had a snore score of around 25, my snoring had reduced to mainly mild levels.I thought I had finally found a cure / remedy that helped.Unfortunately this week even using the Snorewizard my levels have gone back up to around 60% snoring and a score of around 60.I wake up with a very dry throat and notice that the Snorewizard has slipped in my mouth.I am going to keep trying this product in case it is just due to the extremely hot weather that we are having affecting my sleeping. I will update my review if things get better, or maybe worse.Overall the product is comfortable to wear, it does take a few nights to get used to it, my jaw ached a little for the first week. Cleaning is simple and the box is helpful so that I can take it away when travelling.

had to get refund
The device is quite uncomfortable and on the two nights I used it I took a long time to get to sleep and woke up about every hour, partly because my mouth got very dry. But the biggest problem was that it cut into my gums and was too painful to wear on the 3rd night. I returned it and received a full refund within a few days, so you may as well try it as it clearly works for some people.

Too small/uncomfortable
Not sure how this was ever going to work for me - I am a small ish female (5' 4") but there was no way I could fit this in my mouth and keep lips together, so it was always going to fall out/cause constant dribble. Am attempting to return as per money back guarantee, but be aware Amazon says 'not elibible for return' so am anticipating difficulty with this process....will update if pleasantly surprised. UPDATE: Completed the enclosed form, paid postage to return and have been relatively quickly reimbursed, no hassle.
