Effective, life changing recommended them to everyone i know who is lactose intolerant.

Use for lactose intolerance and they work wonders. Never had any issues with them and only need one per meal rather than 2 like other brands. Go down easily and don't have strange texture of taste.

I used to use Kirklands lactose pills which were 9000 FCC ALU. These are a good alternative that work well, and about the same pill size. Just need to take them 5 to 10 mins before dairy to get a head start. The other I used were Best Naturals 9000 fcc, they work also but the pill is massive, so the pill box needed for the convenience was not great.

They work fo me . Not a bad price compared with some.

If I've had lactose I take a tablet and don't have repercussions. Good product
