Magnificent Pain Reduction
Snapped my wrist three weeks ago. Attempting to work around the problem has created additional tendon pain. Other wrists supports made things worse. This product has relieved pain in 24 hours. To be clear, not fixed the underlying issue, but brought immense pain relief and gentle articulation back to my hand. It is comfortable to wear for long periods. The gel pack needs to be reheated fairly regularly but continues to have a low residual heat for about 30 minutes. Only heat to 30 seconds in micro, and if any residual heat left reduce time accordingly when you reheat or could burn yourself.

Gel only stays warm for approx 10 mins
The gel loses heat quite fast, wanted this for work but is not really suitable. If you are near a microwave all the time then it would be good. Havnt tested the cold gel function so cant comment

It really works!!!
This wrist brace with ice/heat pack is easy to use and helped relieve the persistent pain in my wrist very quickly. Delivery was prompt and customer service fantastic! I would thoroughly recommend this excellent product!

I am sorry to say that I am very disappointed with this. It is poorly designed. The gel pack is inflexible when frozen and this does not allow the thing to be wrapped around your wrist in the way shown in the photo. Also it does not seem to be made for small wrists, like mine. It only remains cold for 10-15 minutes, and spare gel packs are not sold separately. I should also mention that it had a terrible chemical smell when it arrived. I had to wash it straight away, to get rid of the smell. The one positive about it is that Adalid Customer Support was really good!

A very good product
Was not sure quite what I was purchasing for a sprained wrist etc. But what a surprise to find that this item really did help with allowing me to use my wrist in a way that quickly healed itself.I hope that it does this for other sufferers

Fantastic
Fantastic product, I struggle very much with joint pain. These are fantastic! Even when cold provide great support. Would just like to get some extra gel pack inserts x
