Indeed, the white substance inside the pads became hard and black after overnight.Although the 100 pads come inside a zip bag with the 100 adhesives and just that!!! nothing giving any advice how to use how many times to use and for how long. No, leaflet with instructions.... I am using as I want twice a week. Not sure if is ok, or if I will achieve the results. I would like to in the future have opportunity to give another review, as I understand will take time to notice some results ​

I have no idea if these things work or not because I used them in conjunction with alcohol free, healthy eating January, however they did indeed turn black after being on my feet all night.... trouble is I used them for a month and they were as black at the end of the month as they were at the start!!I assumed that the black would reduce as the toxins left my body, but this didn't seem to happen, so either they don't work like I thought they would, OR my toxin levels are sky high!?Either way, even as a placebo I think they're worth it for a short term detox

These look so disgusting no matter how often I use then I haven't noticed a change in myself, however I'm still using them to get all the crap out my system. Only downfall is the sticky but on then sticks more to my quilt than my foot and I don't have sweaty feet so I know it's the pads not my foot

I have used a variety of these patches over the years and these are particularly cheap but not the best quality. Whilst the pads themselves work in the way they are supposed to I find the sticky plasters to be particularly difficult to apply and ofton wake up in the morning with one flapping around on my foot as it has peeled off

These look like the usual footpads I have bought in the past but arrived without packaging so I can't check the ingredients. I am pregnant so am waiting til after the baby is born to use them just in case.

Arrived quickly lets just hope they work as quickly, The only trouble is there is one packet missing

Been using for a week now, and definitely feel benefits in terms of my circulation. I am also in considerably less pain and feel less stressed (was in hospital with agonising shoulder pain last week). Don't expect miracles but do expect health benefits, looking forward to week four to assess full benefits. Really good value! lots of patches so able to apply liberally.
