Being an old guy, plus also a stroke survivor. I need all the brain help that I can get. So I decided to try these. I figure that it can’t hurt! 😉

This has helped me feel calmer and less scattered. Many supplements give me migraines or leave me feeling a bit sick. This one was no problem for and actually has helped me feel better and less “all over the place.”

I started with 1 capsule and he started with 2. Now we both take the full 3 capsule dose on the days that we need it most - being sure to take breaks from it, especially since it is expensive and we do not want to create dependency. I can confidently say that we don’t want to live without this one now that we’ve tried it and I’m always recommending it to other friends who struggle with focus and motivation. The blend of ingredients is impressive and top notch quality. I also greatly appreciate that there are no junky fillers in his line of supplements. They have a nice pleasant floral smell to them, which is not overpowering.

Item comes properly shipped with safety seal. I am a follower of Dr. Ben Lynch. I find him very knowledgeable on health and trust his supplements. I love that this has Uridine, DHA and Alpha GPC in it. Given together, these nutrients may accelerate formation of synaptic membrane, the major component of synapses. So far, no adverse effects since my son has started to take them, but too soon to notice any benefits. I will update my review should we see anything. Unfortunately, these are very pricey, but if you bought the nutrients separately, you may end up with the same cost.

I purchased this product about a week ago with high hopes. I was a previous user of Adderall XR, in recent times I have been attempting to find a natural supplement to aid attention support. Optimal focus was recommended by a healthcare professional that I very much trust. This ignited my excitement about the product. I thoroughly researched the product and though not all supplements benefit each individually equally I was still hopeful. Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the results. I have not noticed any change or benefit in my attention. This is understandable because every individual has different biochemistry and supplements like this not being a one-size-fits-all all with knowing that already I am very much displeased with how expensive the product is and does not have any benefit for me whatsoever. Also unfortunate that I could not choose anything lower than one star. Deserves a 0.2 at most.

Choline is an essential nutrient for our body, particularly for our liver and mental clarity and this is one of the few nootropics I have gotten that has 250mg of choline in their supplement!! This is expensive, but I am seeing good results so far!! Thank you!!!
