I was looking for a high viz vest to wear on top of my motorcycle leather jacket in winter. This one does the trick nicely. It's decently manufactured, time will tell about durability but the zipper is massive and speaks of durability in itself, a good sign. It doesn't look like cheap consumer crap. It's not super thick but fitted over my leather jacket, it does make a difference. I feel cozier at night on the bike. And that thing is REALLY VISIBLE. Just a small flash light in the distance turns that vest into a midnight sun, so I feel much safer in the death zone that the road has become (it's gotten worse over the 30 years I've been riding!).SIZE-wise, these vests are MASSIVE. I wear XL typically, or size 46 for most jackets. I had to send back both XXL and XL. I weigh190 Lbs for 5'11 and you could fit two like me in a XXL model. LARGE fits great on top of my XL leather jacket with the winter liner and a sweater on.I'm happy with it. I recommend it.

If somehow the company that produces this sees my review, *if it had a trim for the edges of the fabric that hid the high vis better when reversed, it would be perfection*As a review: It’s a solid heat keeper for your core, not perfect but better than that generic orange garbage your boss has extra of. It holds its shape by itself so it feels larger than the same size t shirt. A few loose threads and the 32nd inch of high vis you can see on the edges when it’s black side out, but otherwise feels like something carhartt would make.Test 1: got the package after work, stood outside with a 3/4 zip fleece and the vest zipped up. Phone says -1F, but I felt pretty good after 10 minutes.

Look good so far, warm and comfortable, its has alot of pockets, great value for the money. I will be testing it this week to see how it holds up , will update in a week or so

Sized correctly I read a couple of reviews that said it was to big it fits just like any other jacket I have it’s 2x and it is correct quality seems to be good so far I wear it every day I put the yellow side out when needed on a job site black out when out and about pockets on both sides are good

Read the reviews and bought a small. I am 5'7 weighing in at 145 lean muscle. I usually wear small for most things however this vest was a bit long and baggy for me. I should have went with an extra small. I realize every day I go to work the average joe usually has a beer belly and is beefier than myself. If you are in shape by that I mean you work out and work hard and diet then I would go a size smaller rather than bigger. I will say it would be nice if this vest had two pockets up top with zippers. Furthermore, the stitching on the vest straps where I hook my measuring tape, tick tester and markers is not strong enough if it snags. I have been working in tight industrial crawl spaces and I have nearly ripped these off crawling through these small spaces. I will say the material is durable despite snagging against jagged steel and red iron in these spaces it has not ripped. Lastly, the vest keeps you semi warm, you will still need a jacket underneath. This vest acts more like a wind breaker than a winter vest, but I can't complain when it gets 20 and below with gusty winds.

This vest is insulated a little bit. Just right for me. I wear a hoodie and this vest and I"m good for 20 degrees and up. The zipper is a little weak for work wear, but so far it's holding up.

My job requires us to wear a safety vest almost at all times. The problem is their safety vest are the regular, thin, easily torn, yellow vest. They only offer a thick reversible jacket. So I decided I wanted a thick reversible safety vest, this product was my answer. It is thick, stylish, and had 2 pockets on both sides. I immediately added my jobs logo’s on the vest and have been getting many compliments at work for thinking outside the box. I will definitely reorder this safety vest if mine gets damaged from work. This is a 3X.
