I bought this so it could be used in the oven or under the grill - as the description states “Pie plate” I took that to mean you could bake a pie on it (what else would it mean?). But it cracked when under the grill. I complained to the seller and they said it is not ovenproof and is just a dining plate, so if that’s the case it’s a very expensive dining plate!

These plates are heavier and thicker than I thought they'd be, but were packed very well and arrived in one piece. They are excellent for cooking with, in the oven or microwave. Very pleased.

Will not take oven temperature.....They are only serving platesThis was result from microwave

I liked these Pyrex plates as they are versatile band very durable. Delivered safely, packaged well and delivered on time.
