Provides excellent relief for cold hands and even feet!!

The mitt is comfortable and helpful. However, it doesn't retain an adequate heat level long enough. The time it remains hot enough to help should be at least three times what it is.

This is a great moist heat mitt. I am using it to get moist heat to my wrist after it was broken to get my range of motion back. Moist heat is what works best. When I put my hand inside it includes my wrist. So it is a perfect fit.

Works well as described. Has helped me with the hand therapy after an injury I had. I recommend it completely.
