STUNNING .. great weight and shape and size
Use for stir fry .. So easy to use and clean Great appearance

Not worth it.
Good size but definitely not non-stick. Have tried a few times, at various heats, but each time food just sticks to pan. Wouldn’t recommend.

Not fully compatible with induction hobs
This saute pan is stylish and well constructed but poor on an induction hob. I bought it for deep frying but found that it wouldn't heat the oil above about 120C, on an induction hob power setting that should deliver 220C. I supposed it was a problem with the hob until I thought to substitute a different pan, in which the oil quickly reached 190C before I stopped the experiment (temperatures measured using both a meat thermometer and an infra-red thermometer, which gave similar readings). This isn't good enough for a pan described as 'compatible with all heat sources inc induction'.

Looked good from arrival..1st time stuck! Fry an egg stuck, sausages turned into a crispy carbon mess!Not good sending back.
