Q: Can you stack these pans on top of one another for storage?

I just purchased two and they stack easily right inside each other.

Q: 10 x 13 inches is the size of the bottom of the mold? or that measure is the top?

External top measurements are 13 7/16 x 10 5/16.

Q: Is the pan microwave safe?

I have not tried it in the microwave but it fits well in the toaster oven and the perfect size for lasagna. Unlike most claims this pan truly is nonstick.

Q: Is there a lid that can be purchased that will fit this roaster?

Good question, when I purchased it, it didn’t come with one. It really depends on what your going to use it for?, I bought it for doing lasagna. I just put non-stick Reynolds wrap over it, there are other ones like it on amazon with a glass lid. So it’s really just your preference
