H&R Women's Steampunk Gothic Parade Long Tail Coat (10)

This is a beautiful jacket. I bought it for my daughter.But it does run very VERY small, as stated. I ordered a 4 they sent an 8. And it looks like a child size 8. Short in the arms and waist. But she was able to get it on..... it did not sit too tight across the shoulders but it was snug. She is very slender though.It is going back , and replacing it with a 10! She wears a 0 in juniors! She hopes the 10 will fit. I will be measuring her for a perfect fit like I should have done the first time.Hopes this helps.
