Normatec 3, Lower Body for Legs and Hips Portable Massager

This is a very high-quality product; I've noticed a reduction in leg pain after workouts.

I was so excited to get the Hyperice Normatec 3 Leg and Hip Massager, as it seemed like exactly what I needed. However, after testing it out, I’ve realized it’s not the right fit for me. While I appreciate the convenience of the wireless feature and app control, along with the fact that I got it on sale, there are several drawbacks. The pressure it applies caused discomfort, particularly in the foot and ankle area. The material felt stiff and scratchy, resembling the hook side of a Velcro fastener. This limited movement and wasn't breathable, resulting in hot and sweaty legs. Although the machine itself doesn’t heat up, the full leg coverage traps heat. Additionally, the length of the massager seems to be more suitable for taller individuals. As a woman, I found it too long, while my husband, who is 6'2", found it to be the right fit. Although you can select different areas of the leg to massage, the foot section cannot be deselected in any mode, and this was the most uncomfortable part for me. While the two-month trial period is a positive aspect, I ultimately feel that this massager is not worth the price for my needs. The discomfort made me reluctant to use it and led me to skip massages altogether whenever I needed one.

ended up returning it because the hip attachement is pretty impractical. first of all its anooyin gthat you can't use both at the same time but it also makes sense becuase the leg attachment covers half of the area that the hip attachemnt does. the leg portion of the product is great id give that 5 stars although i woudl say get the elite not this one becuase the cords are annoying to deal with and the new system doesnt have that. but the hip attachment is very impractical and definitely more of a hassle than its worth but i would probably feel differently if i could use both simultaneously.

These are really amazing boots. You can control so much from the app, like which zones to use, how much pressure for each zone, and how long you want to use them. As a long time runner this is a must have for recovery. It feels like you're getting a massage! It's not too noisy, the battery life is pretty decent and doesn't take too long to recharge, and it's very easy to use. No reason to not get them! Also, the hip attachment is nice too. Guys beware, when using the hip attachment make sure to put the furniture on the top floor if you catch my drift. Just get them out the way for safety reasons.
