Used on vacation including roundtrip air travel. I was a bit concerned about the locks being damaged because the outer cover was made of plastic (metal inside) and it protruded a bit, but it survived nicely.Pros - Didn’t see any damage or scratches after air travel and road trips; Rolls smoothly and very maneuverable; Wheels are very quiet, except on very rough surfaces; Very solid handle (doesn’t wiggle); Surprisingly got several compliments.Cons - Sometimes hard to roll on 4 wheels in thick carpet - still very maneuverable but had to sometimes roll on 2 wheels (okay on thin carpet).The only improvements I could think of are adding a bottom grab handle to make it easier to grab luggage from airport carousel and making sizes conform to airline requirements - I ended up getting the 24-inch as the 28-inch was over the 62 linear inches airline requirement for checked luggage.

I initially bought the 20 and 26 inch of this luggage, traveled with them and was so pleased with them I came back and bought this 24 inch which I just took on a trip to Paris. These suitcases are made traveling a breeze!! The wheels rolled easily over carpet and flooring, the handles are sturdy and I can’t say enough about how glad I am that I bought this luggage, definitely a great buy. Would highly recommend‼️

After two trips both latches broken and suitcase is useless. The suitcase looks durable BUT the latches are PLASTIC and not durable.Now I have a very attractive case that DOES NOT LATCH. Avoid these cases.

We needed new luggage and we have two of these: the carryon and the medium on, they are fantastic. You do sacrifice some weight, so just be aware of that when packing.

I did a ridiculous amount of looking for a new checked bag since I'm a frequent traveler and am hard on equipment (I do a mix of travel for my corporate work and for my other life in motorcycle road racing). I don't love hard-sided luggage but needed to go that route for one of my bags this season, and didn't yet have the budget for a heavy-duty professional hard-sided case. I decided on this one because I liked the idea of a zipperless bag, the internal organization looked helpful, and I liked that it had reinforcement at the bag corners.I'm really, really happy with this case (and it's made me a convert to hard-sided luggage). I had a multi-leg itinerary and had to pack for a race round AND a week of corporate travel, and the bag's internal organization made it very easy for me to (1) have room for that much clothing and accessories; and (2) keep everything organized so it was easy to live out of the case at both of my stops. The bag looks great, rolls great, and is lightweight but sturdy. I love the zipperless design. I am so happy with this bag I just bought a carry-on from the same manufacturer (and just wish the carry-ons also came with the zipperless option). I'll add a follow-up after a few more flights, but so far after being checked on three flights the bag looks brand new, which I can't say about any other checked bag I've ever owned. Very happy with this purchase.

Hi - I purchased a medium 24" Luggex suitcase for a trip to Africa this summer (2023). I wanted something durable that would stand up to international travel. I flew Dallas, Frankfurt, Nairobi. When I arrived in Nairobi I noticed that the outer shell of the suitcase had cracked. I was so disappointed. I duct-taped the crack for the duration of my time in Africa and managed to get it home with duct-tape plus plastic wrap. This suitcase is no longer usable. It was a total disappointment.
