Listen, as I tell you the tale of the LISEN Docking Station!
I purchased the LISEN USB C Docking Station for me to use with both my Gaming Laptops (ASUS ROG and Dell Inspiron), my Samsung Android Phones, and my other family member's Valve Steam Deck, Switch OLED, and iPad Pro. We love how it combines a 10-in-1 hub, fan cooler, and stand base so we don't need to buy them separately. Set up was really easy and the dock allows us to easily connect our devices. It's unique and clever design allows us to keep all of our devices neater and more organized on our desktops/setups.Here are the juicy details! As the Steam Deck Dock features an HDMI 2.0 output, I can view 4K resolution at 60Hz natively, which allows us to enjoy a sharp and smooth visual experiences with our games. It's a HOT view, but not a HOT mess! The Upgraded Dual Cooling Fan ensures that the heat dissipates faster from our systems... prolonging battery life and preventing those ultra-frustrating overheating errors: system crashes and frame loss! But that's not all... this LISEN 13-IN-1 Steam Deck Docking Station is a virtual utility tool like a swiss army knife [It features a Gigabit Ethernet (1000Mbps), a SD/TF Slot (U3), 2* USB3.1 Gen1 ports (5Gbps), 3* USB2.0 ports, and a USB Type C PD charging (100W) port.] That's right, the dock broadens the types of ports connecting our devices with additional USB2.0, USB3.1, and even a Gigabit port. Along the way we now have the ability to charge our devices with a USB Type C PD charging port, we really appreciate all the options. What's more, it is made to be compatible with TURBO 30W Mode, and does so perfectly. Altogether, this Docking Station allows us to explore new ways to play. But Wait... there's more!!! We especially like the added bonus of the upgraded dual cooling fan which helps to protect our electronics from system crashes or frame loss that could be caused by overheating. Plus the Extended 40Gpps Adaptor allows our Steam Deck to get maximum power through the docking station without disconnection. Plus the 4 grip caps that come with it are great for keeping our joystick free from corrosion and wear and tear.Overall, we are really impressed with the LISEN USB C Docking Station. It has everything we need without having to buy extra pieces and is sturdy, efficient, and well-designed. We can confidently use it to connect all our devices with the fast speed and excellent support that it provides. We highly recommend this product! I *will* be a repeat customer!

Great for my Legion Go!
I bought this so I could dock my Legion Go in the living room and play video games whenever I want. It works great and does help cool the Legion Go down as I always max it out when playing games. And, all the extra goodies ports is a must have. The HDMI port works great as well and I can easily do 4K on my TV but only when using it as a computer but when in gaming mode, I set the resolution to 1440p. Remember, it is just a dock for your handheld and will not make your handheld faster. It is all for convenience and keeping your handheld as cool as possible.

Stopped working after 4 months…Support helped out
This item is decent. I use this on my ROG Ally Z1 Extreme and does a great job, however, it stopped working after 3-4 months. I got in contact with tech support and they sent me an another kit with no hassle and was very polite. It also serves well as a stand for my IPad if i want to use it as a computer. Couple of down falls, if you want to move large amounts of files or even moving OS from one device to another it cannot handle that. Even if i used the 40gps USB-C in the ROG ally and using 100w power adapter on the stand. It does not have any USB-C ports only one for Power hook up. It does not support the 35watt turbo charge for the ROG Ally Z1 if want to use it as a gaming computer. ALL together its not a bad device for light type use but if you looking for something that can handle heavy workloads this is not it.

Great company, fixed all issues with old Unit (Previous: Stopped working after maybe 10 uses)
New Review+ Edit: the company has been very accommodating with the original issues with the first unit. The company first reached out to send me a new and improved unit that no longer has this issue. This now works flawlessly and as advertised, even after weeks of use. They go above and beyond to fix the previous problem, and highly recommend you check this out if you’re looking for a 100w capable dock.Previous review (1 of 4 stars): Bad product, breaks within short amount of time - maybe used 10 times? Will not charge device or give HDMI out, just turns fans on. Many others have had the same issue. Company knows this is an issue yet the same model is still on the shelves… recommend you find another product because this product is not going to last.

It's pretty awful
It's pretty awful and I don't understand why.1st off, I'm using a brand new 100 watt Anker power brick. In handheld mode, it charges pretty fine, and I can use the 30watt power mode, no problem. In the dock however, I only get access to the 25watt option and a notification on my Ally that battery may discharge despite being plugged in. And it does discharge. The PD port is somehow delivering less power than my 20 watt bricks, but this dock gets even worse:In 30watt mode with my ROG laying on my lap, the temperature report doesn't exceed 56°C. In the dock, even with the fans aligned with the ROG's intake openings, the internal temperature climbs to 74°C. Were the fans installed the wrong way? Because that's the only explanation. So already this dock has failed to keep my Ally powered, failed to let the Ally go full power, and makes my Ally run hotter than if I didn't use the dock. My Ally literally performs better in every way using a $15 HDMI dongle than using this dock. Also my wireless mouse does not work on any surfaces with its dongle plugged into this dock. It works fine with another dongle, but with this dock, my mouse only tracks on my skin, not even on a mouse padThe only thing that didn't give me trouble was the SD card slot and keyboard. They work fine but everything else is just awful.Seems like the dock is well built, but if it can't enhance my Ally's experience, then it's literal manufactured e-waste.
