Delicious Alchemy Gluten and Dairy Free Rice Flake Porridge 450 g (Pack of 3)

Lovely gluten free porridge, suitable for coeliacs. It is made with rice instead of oats - a lot of coeliacs cannot eat oats and this would be ideal. It only takes a few minutes to make in the microwave. You could actually make a rice pudding with this too, as a lot of 'ordinary' pudding rice is milled in a place where wheat and gluten are also produced and can't be used by coeliacs; whereas this is perfectly safe to use.

Taste pretty good. However very confusing nutritional values in the pack, doesn't give an accurate sugar content, only if you are adding milk? Is there sugar in this stuff or not?

Very tasty rice pudding. Easy to make

I usually buy this in the supermarket, but for weeks and for some reason, they didn't have any in stock. I realised the amount I'd pay for four of these from Amazon would be the same as buying individually in the supermarket, so I opted to buy in bulk.I'm not a fan of Oat Porridge but I do like this. I usually cook mine with a bit of Cinnamon, then serve with some dried fruit and nuts. It could be me, but I find this cooks in less time than Oat Porridge, and cleans up better.

These arrived within 24hours of ordering, with Prime delivery. I used these as an alternative to oats in the "over night soaked Oats' receipes and they worked perfectly I have even tried a traditional porridge receipe and again they work just as well as oats. The taste is lighter, creamy and more easily digested. My appetite was just as satisfied as it was when I was eating oats.

This is an excellent alternative to oat porridge, thick and creamy very tasty and gluten & dairy free. Fab

Expencive and alas I can use it only for the redt of my family

This stuff cooks easily and looks better than oats when ready! I have a celiac son and my daughter loves porridge. For a while I was cooking this and oats until my daughter tried this, now it's just this.
