Are the widths described (40mm etc) the width of the barrel or the bristles as well? Thanks in advance

The mm measurement is usually just the barrel. Mine was 25mm. It’s about 40mm with the bristles.

Has the olivia garden nano-thermic hairbrush a rubber top or ceramic coated top? i am concerned about burning my head with the thermic end of brush.
