I recently purchased the Kids Smart Watch for my daughter, and it has exceeded my expectations. Seemed like an alright watch until it quit working about a month later. She was wearing it and it wouldn't turn on at some point. I opened up the back but couldn't see anything wrong. Watch would not turn on again. Was hoping it would last a while...other than that the rest of it has held up.Update: it started working again so I don't know what the problem was! I upgraded to four stars because of this. Hopefully it continues to work.

My daughter loved it until she put it on charge for the 2nd time and it didn't charge for her. She was very disappointed and upset with it which being 5 I would too. Don't buy if you want to use it more than 1x.Update; the company reached out to me feeling very sorry for the watch not working for the 2nd charge. They sent me another one free of charge to ensure my daughter has her watch and that it works. They sent not only the watch I ordered but one that is alittle more updated as well. The 2nd watch they sent works like a charm and my daughter absolutely loves it! I would recommend getting this and if there is a problem with the one they send just reach out and they will take care of you to ensure your happy with their products.

The media could not be loaded.  This watch was delivered to me on February 24th. It’s now April 7th, that’s only about a month and a half or so. My son has used it every day, we’ve followed instructions completely since we opened the box. About a week ago it just completely turned off. It does not turn on AT ALL, just off with a black screen. I’ve reset it, charged it, I’ve done everything and it just DOESN’T WORK. I’m a penny pincher and I don’t spend my money on unnecessary stuff, but my son wanted this so bad so I caved in. I regret it now! Do not waste your money on a product that lasts only one month. I bought this because of the good reviews. I guess I was one of the unfortunate ones who received a dysfunctional watch. It does not give me an option to contact the seller on here and when I tried to reach out to Amazon customer service there’s nothing they can do. Again, do not waste your money. Other than that, if it would actually last long, it would be perfect for kiddos. My son did love it when it did work.Update April 14:The customer service of this seller is amazing. They saw my review and sent me an upgraded replacement watch for my son free of charge. It works great so far and I am grateful because they did not have to do that. Customer service 100000/10!

My 6 year old has been asking for a smart watch. She was very excited to get this for her birthday. It is durable and cute. I like the pink color and it has a camera and games that she likes to play.

This was bought as a gift for a 7yo. She loves it. The band is high quality and has stayed intact with daily use. Watch has fun features for kids like camera and a few games. Battery lasts a few days, charges in any usb port!

The watch itself is cute and includes all the things that I’m ok with my seven year old having. However, after turning the watch on for the first time/straight out of the box, it immediately died. I plugged it in using the USB-C charging cord that comes with the watch, left it plugged in over night and watch wouldn’t turn on. Fortunately, I had an extra USB-C laying around, used it and the watch powered right up.
