Mechanix WearFastFit E5 Work Gloves (Medium, Black/Fluorescent Yellow)

These are the second pair of Mechanix Wear gloves that I have owned, the first pair being the Tactical Fit Police gloves. The main reason why I chose these gloves and the Tactical Fit Police gloves were for their cut resistance. I must say that after a few months of using these gloves I had rips and tears in them, in both pairs. So I know that this has to be a Mechanix Wear Quality issue. I still have my old gloves and these Hi-Viz FastFits and I do like them, I just wished they lasted longer for what I was doing. Which was handling boxes at my place of employment.

I use these gloves on the job as a firefighter and they have held up great. I like that they are thin and flexible while also providing cut protection to my hands. They are especially helpful when responding to vehicle crashes where there is often jagged metal and glass all around, allowing me to get the job done without injury. I’d buy these again in the future.

This came 2 days after I ordered it, that's terrible especially when I got free shipping without Prime, i'm just kidding, I was super happy surprised they came so quick, perfect, except for the annoying tags inside, love these gloves.

They are cut resistant as stated. I did use them around a some sharp objects for very little time. I ended up using then for my work instead. I drive a specialized semi truck with a lifting 5th wheel. I attach a slip on air line and open trailer doors about 100 times in a 12 hour shift 3-4 days a week. To me it's not a whole lot of wear on the gloves but the fingers have all split open. I will buy another pair but I will only use them when working with sharp objects and maybe they will last longer than 2months.

Not bad for the price. I am a tinner & they hold up pretty good. Very comfortable, like a extra layer of skin. Slightly overpriced imo.

Love Mex Wear gloves for motorcycling, especially these FastFit models. Great for warmer weather riding, they breathe and are just the right thickness. And these gloves match my new Hi-Viz Klim jacket perfectly!

Gloves fits perfect and looks great. Could be a bit longer on the wrist.

I received these gloves on Friday May 12th, and used them for the first time the next day while working on my car, they worked well in that regard. On the Monday following, I had work and they had me in the tinshop bending metal and them I was just an installers helper for the day so I didn't really get to test the gloves. Now today, they had me working in the tinshop again, all day this time. The first thing they had me doing was using the splitter. Now, I've used gloves with no cut resistance and they came out un damaged, how do these A5 gloves come out in way worse condition. These are not cheap gloves yet they have less durability then your standard nitrile dipped gloves. Completely unacceptable, my hands don't even stay in the gloves anymore, that's how many holes there are. Yes this is after a full day, but most of these holes where there after 2 hours. A refund would be very much appreciated.
