Heppi Alkaline Water Pitcher, High Ph 8.5-10.3, 10 Cup, With 1 Filter, BPA Free (White)

This is my third alkaline water pitcher but this brand has the best PH so far. Only problem is the lid does not stay on or snap in place. HELP!!! Is there a customer service email to contact? Prefer a replacement if possible.UPDATE: after a month the pitcher started to leave behind a lot of sediment as well as in my kettle. Wish I could return.

one problem with this pitcher is that the filter has only one hole in the bottom, so when the water gets up to the bottom of the filter, no more water will drain down form the top through the filter. now when you pour water some of the unfiltered water comes out the spout. I use it by taking the resivour out of the pitcher and sitting it on top of the pitcher to let it drain completely out, then i put it back in.

Horrible product. The water stays in top portion, does not filter into pitcher when less than half filled. Causing unfiltered water to pour out at same time as filtered water.

Very nice water pitcher, great tasting water. LOVE it
