My pups had ate Iams for years, once I switched to Blue Buffalo, I literally saw immediate changes in them. First, they absolutely love eating this food, it's legit as if they know it's better for them. You get what you pay for, better ingredients and my pups love it! Highly recommend! Plus, Amazon subscription is the best value and easiest way to have fresh dog food delivered without having to carry this heavy bag out of the store!

So far so good with this dog food. My aging cattle dog had zero tummy or any issue switching to this food from our previous. I have trained in companion animal nutrition and this was one that I was happy enough with the ingredient list while still being in our price range. Ingredients seem solid enough! Definitely need to watch the quantity fed for my senior lady since it is not a low calorie food. She even seems to be having less stools (sorry for TMI) but its telling me her body is using more of it!

Good dog food …. But my dogs pick out the peas and I find them everywhere.

The product is good. The delivery was awful! . The box was all tore up and the Amazon driver never notified me. I think I need to order it from a different distributor.

When I rescued my dog he was always a dry food eater. He was healthy and had good teeth, poops, and everything else. We have been through some stress the last few years and he became very picky about eating anything. But, he seems to really like this food, I combined two flavors. He is quite pleased with himself, and I am a happier Dog Mom! 🐶

This is the only dog food we buy. My dog has been in this brand since she was little. Great price and quality. The smell is mild in comparison to other dog foods.

I'm no scientist, but I open-feed my 2 dogs now and have now concluded my experimenting. I put out 2 bowls of food and surprisingly they prefer Purina Protein over this. But then they poop what looks like undigested food all day long. Until the Purina runs out and they eat the Blue Buff. Then they eat much less. Is this a strike against me? I don't think so-in the long run I buy WAY less of the more expensive food, and they poop way less and it's a win for everyone. I use the Purina as a treat instead since they're so fond of it. So maybe it tastes less like the candy in the red bag, but seeing food digested is worth it to me because it means they're closer to getting what's on the label. all we can do is trust...
