It's a 2 pin plug.
Does it work? Yes. But just 3 stars because its very hard to insert the plug of the item to be operated or charged - hard to the point you think there's a design fault or physical restriction. It was the same for both of the 2 plugs purchased.

After a recent check on the reviews, it does state, you must use some force to put your toothbrush/shaver end into the plug.Yes indeed, also each time you use them. Once knowing this, it does the job saves me charging my toothnrush in the bathroom.
