Philibert Routin Syrup - Eggnog

Ok 8 got this because for whatever reason egg nog has gone like it was out of fashion in the shops. Anyway I read about how the shops sell egg nog. Basically they mix hot chocolate with egg nog syrup. This seems to work.For this one purchased some Blue Breeze Almond Milk dark chocolate flavour. I am diary intolerant. I then mixed a small amount of the syrup and microwaved for 2 minutes.Just make sure that you stir afterwards otherwise the syrup sinks to the bottom even if you mix it in before hand. I Almond milk doesn’t act the same way as proper milk would.Note this doesn’t contain any alcohol.My concern is the calorific count. Luckily it is only once a year.Next year I will have to start in June for my egg nog hunt.
