Great value and convenience to add to the pantry. I use them in stir fries, soups and stews. When there is no fresh,these fill the need. They rehydrate well and have great flavor point. I also grind then to add to seasoning blends.

These have to be filed under things I didn't know I needed, but now can't live without. I am not sure how I happened upon these, but I am glad I did. I didn't realize how big the bag was going to be, but I am glad it is large. I have been on a miso soup kick. Keeping green onions in stock is not easy when you use them nearly daily. I took a chance on these based on reviews. The picture is a quick miso based soup with some ramen noodles, shiitake mushrooms, 1/4 cup of these green onions, and some fresh parsley. So simple, so good and I will buy another bag once my bag gets low. I portioned a good bit of them into a large mason jar and keep the jar near the oven for easy access. Now I need to look into dried mushrooms!

I previously bought a small container of this from a different brand. The brand was always good, but expensive. I tried this brand in the bag of dried green onions and it is marvelous! Opening the bag made my mouth water, it smelled so good. I portion out several ounces and put it in a shaker dispenser and reseal the bag to keep the rest fresh, until I portion it out. This is yummy for cooking or sprinkling on salad, etc. It's shelf stable, so it lasts a long time. I've used this for a few weeks and it's just as good as if not a little better than the name brand I was using. I highly recommend this product and this seller!
