Labradors (Dogs) Paperback – 5 Oct. 2015

Bought as a present for my son and his family who have a young Labrador. As a family we have mainly owned Golden Retrievers, but had a Labrador bitch when my children were small, which they adored. She loved children, food and swimming in muddy water. She didn't like long walks unlike most of her kind, which was a problem as the GRs wanted to keep going all day. A stout defender of her family, but as the book mentions, useless at protecting property, contents of car etc. and went on to live for 15 happy years.This book with its illustrations and comments sums up why so many people love having a lab about the place. Definitely recommended.

The contents of the book are really funny and a delight to read - as expected. However the front/back cover of the book has been contructed upside-down. I'm really not sure whether this has been done on purpose because it is an amusing book, but I rather think that it is a manufacturing error. Why should I as a Prime member have to pay to return the book for a replacement?

This book is excellent. It's very amusing, & so accurate. We've always had Labs, so this made me burst out laughing on my first flick through it!Some family members also have Labs, so this made an excellent present. It was well received.Illustrated very simply, but captures some excellent facial expressions.

Nice little book to skim through. Many laughs. Bought for my son and his girlfriend who have a labrador, and they liked it
