RSPBHanging Gothic Bird Table

I already have a post fixed in the ground, but my old bird table was rotten. It has been very difficult getting another table without a post and I was a bit wary of trying a "hanging" one as I wanted to fix it to the existing brackets. However, I am very pleased with the quality of the RSPB table and ease of assembly. I simply removed the chain and screwed the underneath to my existing post brackets and the birds are all delighted. It is quite heavy so would need something very robust to hang it from if that was your option.Would definitely recommend this to others.

Good quality product, the best, and one of the largest, hanging tables I've seen. Wood and build quality are good, the slide-in tray is easy to remove and clean and there is plenty of space to leave a selection of feed types. My table is visited by jays as well as smaller birds like tits and robins. Only problem is that squirrels can get inside, and caused the roof to come away somewhat by jumping in and out of it!

So may bird tables are made to look cute or cottagey, which living in .a modern home we don't want. This is plain and very well made. Slightly more expensive than others, maybe, but I reckon it will last for years given the thickness of wood used.

Large, heavy bird table - you get what you pay for . Quality item. Only thing is watch the black plastic bottom tray, it is very reflective and our birds would not go near the table for the first 3 days until we changed it for a non reflective, tan coloured, plastic surface.

Delighted with this bird table which can be hung or easily attached to a post. It is an attractive design, of good size and robust construction. The plastic floor should make for easily cleaning if it remains easy to remove. Assembly presented no difficulty and required only a screwdriver and bradawl to start the holes. The wood is well finished and appears to have been well treated with preservative. Price is reasonable, particularly if purchased without a stand.

Fantastic hanging bird table ... much larger than expected, using quality materials with a well thought out design. Not cheap but definitely value for money.

This is a nice substantial bird feeder which is easy to assemble with basic tools. It is rather heavy so needs something strong to hang it off. Overall i like the look and quality of it and find the slide out bottom tray good for cleaning. Very happy with it.

I wanted a large bird table for my garden to place on top of a tall tree stump in my garden, couldn't find a nice size or shape anywhere until I found this one!!You do have to assemble it yourself, but it's really easy! probably took me about 15 minutes.
