This is a very good laptop, it's light weight, doesn't hang in between like our older laptop. I would highly recommend this laptop,and its value for money.

Likes: Product feel, Screen quality, Speed, Windows 11.Dislikes: Battery, Sound quality, Camera.Good for low budget, better go for latest tech features like Fingerprint sensor, Dolby, more ram, if budget is not an issue.

Beautiful looking laptop and immensely fast. We could run heavy programs like blender like charm. However, the main issue is the heating up and the unmissable noise of fan. That was the only irritant for me. If someone can bear with that, then best of luck, you have chosen a winner.I gave this product five stars because of the commendable after sales support Amazon extended to me.

Laptop is very slim and performance is also very good. Graphics is very nice and size is perfect for easy to carry during travel.

Whats to like about the laptop:1. Performance: If the laptop is primarily being used for school work - Zoom, MS Office, Web games etc you'll have no regrets. Apps launch quickly, run smooth and you can easily switch between multiple apps2. Aesthetics: The laptop has a very clean look once you remove the HP, Intel, Microsoft stickers. Being very light (<1.5kgs), it feels more like a 13" laptop when carrying aroundWhats not to like:1 Keyboard. The thin grey lettering on the silver keyboard is hard to read depending on the angle of the light - which is often enough. This model does not have a keyboard backlight either. In the same laptop series I have a another laptop (10th gen) which has a backlight but the situation is hardly better. If however you touch-type, it shouldn't matter too much.2. Durability: The Keyboard / trackpad quality feels quite flimsy - being the light plastic that it is to reduce overall weight. After 5 months of use the rubber legs have pealed off.OtherScreen: The laptop only has an HD resolution screen and not a FHD. This translates too having lesser real estate in comparison.

Screen blurred some time or system off suddenly, screen look like mesh cloth , 80s tv screen, generates more heat and loud fan noise. Font, image some what clarity in 90cm distance view, in 30 cm distance view can not see fonts, blurred, worst thin keyboard for documentation, plate, will quickly brake, plastic support for display screen monitor, they delivered used product and repaired, windows install clearly said sep 2021, I purchased 9 Jan 2022, proof , instead 12 month warranty , system says 10 months, McAfee antivirus completely expired it is proof, these guys selling used product and repair resell to us, total cheat, Worst screen display, display size 14 inch but, height wise reduced , small display, they build computer for school children watch class room session, worst ever product, generates huge heat, fan makes huge loud noise, Amazon sellers cheating their customers by selling used product . Totally disappointed with product quality, sound only good, even 1980 TVs clear resolution this is worst, can not flip 180 degree, only 160 degree only you use laptop other angle won't see screen, 1 meter distance only you can see somewhat clear fonts . Don't cheat your customer, 58000 Ruppes, in October 21, prices just 45k, see the price hike , blatant cheat, movies and you tube video, images blurred quality worst don't sell worst product to 58k, if I return, redirect to technician, poor product don't buy. Only speaker is ok, Amazon take back your product please, can not design, can not make videos, very poor screen quality,can not use for programming, documentation typing braking and dancing keyboard plate , not keyboard. You can see videos their images faces are like thin cotton cloth background

Very good product. After switching on it gets ready to use in less than 10 seconds and gets switch off in less than 5 seconds. Using multiple tabs at a time does not make anything slow. Heavy word, excel and PowerPoint usage is also smooth. Product is recent launch in 2021 and very useful in working from home or for online tasks. Best value for money. I exchanged by Dell laptop which was i3 and 4gb ram and was very slow. For any decent use the minimum requirement is i5 with 8gb ram and in this product the SSD, turbo boost and graphics card makes it much faster. Full HD resolution gives super picture quality.

Overall good features but plastic used is of cheap quality.
