It actually works. Unfortunately we haven't had much of a summer to put it to good use. But on the couple of days I used it, it helped keep me cool in the office. I placed it on the back of my neck. It stays cold! I cant wait to go of on a holiday so I can use it properly.

I have MS and am going through the menopause, so I am suffering from hot flushes and heat intolerance. I already have cool gel pads, but these are quite heavy to carry with you and heat up quite quickly. When I read the descriptions of these cooling cloths, I really couldn't see how they would work well, but the reviews convinced me.They arrive quickly in a resealable pouch, which is worth keeping if you want to take the cloth with you in a bag on a trip etc. The instructions say to wet the cloth, wring it and then flick it. Once I had done that, it was amazingly cool! It felt lovely over my burning hands (MS) and hot neck (menopause). Once it warms up near your skin, you can either move to a part of the cloth not already used or just flick the cloth again and it cools immediately. My cool pads take ages to cool down again. Obviously these cloths are a bit damp, but do not leave you wet at all.I really don't know how these cloths work, but they do. They feel like a thin microfibre cloth, but lovely and soft, so gentle on my painful hands. The large one will be brilliant to cool my whole body in the summer, and can also be worn as a cooling scarf or headscarf. The smaller ones are great for my hands, and could be worn as a neck tie.These cloths have improved my symptoms immensely and come highly recommended. For what they do, I think they are a great price.

Needed something to cool off my daughters dog as if she gets to hot in summer she's prone to fits. This has worked an absolute treat so far. Very good quality and quick delivery. In fact both my daughter & son in law have bought themselves one & are delighted with them.

I wish it would stay cooler for longer, but it does the job. When I put it on my face to cool down it warms up in few seconds.

An excellent towel for cooling you down. I do not like the heat probably because I am overweight - dealing with that is another story... This towel is very easy to use and it works very well. I do not pretend to know the science behind this cooling towel and I don't really because it works. I lay the middle part of the towel in a bowl of cool water and then, as the instructions state, wring out the excess liquid and shake for a few seconds. I wrap it around my next neck - my top does not get wet - and the cooling effect is instantaneous. It also lasts a long time BUT I can't wear for as long as it last as it is too cold! Highly recommended product and at a competitive price.

Not sure it’s any better than a wet flannel. I’m just not sure that this is that good. I soak it, wring it out, shake it and put it on.You do get wet with this and it only keeps me cool for about 5 minutes.I’ve tried a wet tea towel and it does just the same job.Rather disappointing

This really really does work. I was very sceptical at first, I'd heard of them from people at work but the first time I got to use it was a scalding hot day sitting at the computer.The secret is in getting them wet but not soaking, then getting that 'snap' correct. I simply draped it over my shoulders and it did indeed stay cool for along time. Probably a couple of hours.Because they're so light the dog did not mind it laid over him too and he stopped panting within about 10 minutes. They clearly work for him so I now have 3 :)

Been useful to carry around when being sportive and in hot climate. Only so much use in the UK then :)
