Hello, there are 4 flatwound bass strings in the pack.

I pay prime for a reason, I’ve been waiting all day for this item and it supposed arrive yesterday, now the delivery is tomorrow or after?

I don't know how to answer your question about delivery. My wife uses prime and pays for early delivery and things always seem to be arriving. This doesn't answer your query in any way but I hope it helps.

Is the 1st string length long enough for a Jazz base? From bridge to tuning peg is 43 inches.

As far as I can remember (in the meanwhile I have been on the normal guitar with midi converter) it should be, the normal length is normal for both, neck and string.

Can they be put on an acoustic bass?

If you mean an acoustic bass guitar, yes. If you mean double bass, presumably not.
